How long is the initial diagnostic service?
My diagnostic service is billed per hour, with the first hour including drive time. If drive time exceeds an hour additional fees will apply
Are there additional charges after the first hour?
Yes, any time exceeding the initial hour will incur extra charges as outlined in the service agreement.
Do you offer any guarantees on your repairs?
YES!! I provide a 1 year parts and labor warranty for repairs and installs. 10 year MANUFACTURE warranty for parts on INSTALLS.
Swamp coolers?
Loos & Sons HVAC LLC is not liable for any flooding resulting from swamp cooler start up/shut down services. Loos & Sons DOES NOT install swamp coolers. Only servicing existing Swamp Coolers.
